Today marks the start of week two of my new regime and day 20 of healthy heating, and already I've made quite a lot of progress so far, so I thought I'd share some.
Getting back in to it after the weekend was just as easy today as it had been last week. I got up at 6:30 and worked 7 until 9 as I did last week. This morning I made a big bunch of changes as suggested to me during my meeting with YouTube on Friday and wrote two scripts for videos to shoot this week. I'm planning to go shopping tonight and then shoot tomorrow and Wednesday mornings.
So far healthy eating has gone well, I've lost just over 1K a week, 2.2KG in total so I'd be very happy if I can keep to that rate of loss.
I had a very social weekend but didn't drink any alcohol, not drinking isn't very difficult for me anyway, I don't drink much.
Staying off caffeine has been easy, Diet Coke is completely gone as are daily cups of tea/coffee. I've had two cups of coffee in three weeks but they were both during social meetings in coffee shops, which is perfect.
My camper van saving fund this month hit 11% of the total and I'm currently aiming for 25% by the end of the year.
