Ballygally Castle - Haunted History

This 17th century castle is situated just 40 minutes from Belfast and like others on this list, is now a hotel. The castle is said to be haunted by the ghost of Lady Isabella Shaw, who has been spotted by guest in the castle's central tower, she's also been seen walking along several of the hotel's corridors and has been blamed for unexplained knocking on bedroom doors. One of the hotel's rooms is said to experience such frequent activity that it has been dubbed, the "Ghost Room".
