Possibly The Best Ghost Caught On Camera I've Ever Seen

The ghost of a doctor who took his own life at the Hospital Escuela Universitario in Honduras has surfaced online and it's pretty creepy.
This is genuinely one of the creepiest "real" ghost videos I've seen. I think it's the unnatural movement of the ghostly figure which is caught on camera halfway along the dimly lit hospital corridor.
The chilling footage apparently has the internet "baffled," but as always, ghost hunters have a simple explanation of what's going on at this haunted hospital.
The story goes that the apparition is the ghost of a doctor who took his own life at the hospital and now haunts the corridors.
Rare Appearance At A Hospital In Honduras
The footage has almost 1.5 million views after being posted a week ago on Facebook by La Otra Dimension (The Other Dimension) a page which promises "mystery and enigmas."
Although it's not definitively known, it's believed that the spooky clip was shot at the Hospital Escuela Universitario (university hospital) in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
So What's Going On Here?
Putting the actual video footage aside for a moment, there's one classic telltale sign that at least the story of this haunting is fake and that's the lack of any detail surrounding the claims.
It's claimed that this was shot at a hospital "where doctor took his own life," yet it's not be confirmed which hospital this actually is, although we're pretty sure it's Hospital Escuela Universitario.
If the story of the doctor committing suicide is so well known and wide spread, then why does no one know his or her name? There's no mention of doctor killing themselves at this hospital online, or in fact any hospital in Honduras. So how are people aware of this death? The hospital is only about 30 years old so these facts shouldn't be forgotten already.
The actual footage itself, well while the sensationalist media who are covering this story are saying "the internet is baffled" by the video, they're not. The general consensus, at least amongst the English-speaking commenters is that the featureless figure is almost certainly a reflection of someone in a hoody in the glass of the door. This was my first though too, due to the nature of the movement of the ghost which at times can be seen to move with the motion of the camera revealing that it's not a fix entity in the corridor.
The other massive problem with this video is as always the quality. In an age when even the cheapest smart phone shoots video in near HD quality, this video has been uploaded in a very low resolution, it's extremely poor quality and lacks the necessary clarity to properly see what's going on in this video, hence the bafflement.
The clip, as well as being shot in a dated quality, it's also in a dated aspect ratio. Rather than the now common 16:9 (widescreen) videos which any modern camera or phone would shoot, this video is shot in 4:3, a format which was phased out around 15 years ago.
So taking in to account the quality and aspect ratio, I think this is an old video which has only just surfaced online.
