The Ghost Of A Hooded Woman Haunts Old Scotland Yard, London

Victoria Embank on the North bank of the Thames, the gates to Old Scotland Yard designed by Norman Shaw and keeping people out of what once was the headquarters of the Metropolitan Police and former home of the Black Museum, a grim archive of criminal memorabilia.

Staff at the museum regularly reported seeing the ghost of a hooded woman wandering aimlessly around the building. One security guard watched in terror as the apparition moved towards him before disappearing into thin air.
