In this video I'll show you how to incubate and hatch a dragon's egg.
The egg needs to be kept hot, the easiest way is to place it in a cauldron full of water over a flame. Do not let the water boil, try to maintain a temperature of around 80C (176F).
This process could take hours, days or even weeks but eventually you’ll hear a high pitched scream coming from the egg which indicates that it’s ready to hatch.
Then simply place the egg on a hot plate and wait for it to hatch.
Dragons make great pets and they’re cheap to look after, when they’re young they’re happy with just a handful of crisps and perhaps a fiery chilli pepper as a treat on the weekend.
