Sorry, we are no longer recruiting paid writers, but we are always on the lookout for guest posts and contributions from the community.

Although monthly visitors are rapidly increasing, Higgypop is a fairly small website which is funded by display advertising. This means we have a limited budget that means we can't invest in written content at the moment.

But, if you've ever fancied getting paid to write about the unexplained, paranormal, myth, mysteries or conspiracies, then here's your chance to have an article posted on our popular paranormal entertainment and news website.

Perhaps you've been on a ghost hunt and want to share your experience, evidence or findings, or you have new conspiracy theory you want to share with the world. You might be an expert in mythical creature, urban legends or the origins of fairytales.

Whatever it is, as long as it's unusual and quirky then there's a place for it on Higgypop. You will of course be credited as a guest writer in the article and must work to some basic rules:

Content must be original and written specifically for this website.
Articles must be at least 500 words.
Pages cannot contain overtly commercial back-links.

You may either send me completed articles, although I can't guarantee they'll get published. Or you can get in touch and pitch an idea and I'll be able to tell you if and when I'll be able to publish the article.
