Deep in the mountains of West Virginia lies the abandoned Sweet Springs Sanitarium. Having seen hundreds of deaths during it's operation, the former resort, TB hospital and nursing home has become known as one of the most haunted places in America. Connor and India are joined by India's sister, Asia, for one night inside the peeling walls of this massive location and they may not be the only ones running through the hall.

The channel follows Connor Biddle - a paranormal enthusiast and India Hopwood - a skeptic with a family history of the supernatural. The couple push their limits of fear to the max in an effort to communicate with the other side.
