Good Luck Potion Ingredients
This article is more than five years old.

1. Black Pepper

The first ingredient you'll need is some regular home-style black pepper, just a small sprinkle is enough. Make sure you don't put too much in by mistake, if you do, you can always start again.
2. A Bottle Of Coloratum Pluvia

Next add a whole bottle of coloratum pluvia, this mystic juice which literally translates as "coloured rain" can be hard to find and is illegal in most countries.
3. Poached Gladius Vicas

Luckily the next ingredient is easy to find, a good old fashioned poached gladius vicas, just like the kind you'd use at home if you were backing a swanlette. So, you should have a jar lying around in the kitchen somewhere.
4. A Four Leaf Clover

To bless the potion with luck, we next need to add a four leaf clover, these can be tricky to find but are believed to be highly lucky.
5. A Rabbit's Foot

We also need to drop in a freshly severed rabbit's foot to bless the potion, this is another common good luck charm, they're often turned into key rings and carried by people who are down on their luck.
6. Distilled Water

Then simply top up your cauldron with distilled water and give it a good stir.
7. Serve

Ladle two ladlesworth of the potion into a glass drinking vessel such as a glass, then drink it down.

Your lucky streak should begin straight away and last for about four hours, so don't waste any time trying it out. Perhaps you could dig out that lucky coin and give a scratch card a go.

If you're lucky, you could find yourself the winner of a big cash prize which you could use to buy as many lucky charms as you like... just think how many lucky irons I could buy with £10,000!
