The Really Channel
The Really channel has announced that two brand new paranormal shows are coming to the Discovery-owned network and its streaming platform, Discovery+.

It's still early days, the two new British shows have only just been commissioned, so there's not yet any details on when to expect these new shows, but they are due to appear in the channel's schedule alongside it's other programmes featuring amazing real-life stories and ghostly encounters.

'Trapped Underground'

Edinburgh Vaults

How can ghost hunting shows get darker and scarier? In this new eight-part series an expert paranormal team take their investigations underground. Produced by Hello Mary, 'Trapped Underground' promises to bring viewers the stuff of nightmares as they hunt for ghostly activity in the subterranean world. Whilst above ground a support team will monitor the below-ground investigation.

It's not yet known who will make up this team of subterranean investigators or which dark underground spaces they will venture into, but we do know that for the first time in the UK, they'll be wearing body cameras underground to capture every sighting, providing an immersive and visceral experience for viewers.

As for the locations the team might visit, nothing has yet been confirmed but there are plenty of haunted underground places across the UK to choose from including Wookey Hole the famous show caves, the vast network of man-made sandstone caves beneath Nottingham, or the Hellfire Caves famed for their links to satanic rituals and sacrifice.

'Spooked: Scotland'

Fyvie Castle, Scotland

A new ten-part series aims to put Scotland's paranormal hotspots on the map. Tern TV's 'Spooked: Scotland' will see Scottish television personality Gail Porter lead an expert paranormal team to investigate supernatural sightings and terrifying stories from the most haunted country on earth. Exploring some of Scotland's most beautiful, wild and mysterious corners in their quest, the team has three days to crack Scotland's most chilling hauntings and help local communities come to terms with their worst nightmares.

Again, little is known about the series, its cast or the locations they'll visit, but perhaps they'll spend a night beneath the streets of Edinburgh in the vaults or Mary King's Close, go on the hunt for the grey lady of Glamis Castle, or follow in the footsteps of 'Help! My House Is Haunted' and investigate the 13th century Fyvie castle.

The two new shows will sit on the schedule alongside other spooky favourites including 'Ghost Adventures', 'Portals To Hell', 'Kindred Spirits', and the only other British offering on the lineup, 'Help! My House Is Haunted'.

Discovery has also announced the commission of three new lifestyle shows for Really, 'Dales For Sale', 'The Big Clean with Jo & Al' (working title) and 'It's Me Or The Dog'.

Really is available on Sky 142, Virgin 128, BT 17, Freeview 17, Freesat 160 and is available to stream live or catch up on demand on Discovery+.
