Mary Beattie continues her series of witchcraft videos as she shares her own personal journey of exploration. In the seventh of nine weekly videos uploaded to Most Haunted's official YouTube channel, she moves away from spell jars and instead she shows how to perform a spell to help with sleep.

In the "witchisode" Mary uses ingredients that may be familiar to those that have followed the series as protective in nature, but this week she's using them to bring about fast sleep, restful sleep and even ward off sleep paralysis.
